An international manhunt for a "dangerous man" is under way after a 28-year-old woman was found dead at a hotel in Cardiff Bay. The body of Cardiff resident Nadine Aburas was discovered by staff at the Future Inn Hotel on Hemmingway Road at about midday on New Year's Eve.
