Image Verification not working
 

I have recently noticed that my Image Verification when users register it not working. Everything shows up and is fine but it does not matter what you type in the box, you can even leave it blank and the registration will proceed. Its the same for the CAPTCHA when I use that instead of image verification.

Why is this?
