How to remove mods menu from admin
 

I have been adding and removing several modules over the years. Now on the admin left vertical menu I have several menu blocks left over by the modules now uninstalled. How do I remove those blocks ?
( I thought that uninstalling a mod would remove the block but evidently it is not so )
