Wrong attachments showing on every post
 

Hi, I just recovered from a database crash shortly after a server account transfer. Some users are showing attachments no related to them on every post they make. Old posts seems to be unafected, but all new posts these users submit icludes non solicited attachments. Any idea? Thanks!
