City Developments Limited has partnered with Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities Fund and CIMB Bank Berhad, Labuan Offshore Branch to create a unique investment platform that will invest in the cashflows of CDL’s properties in Sentosa Cove, called the Quayside Collection.
