upgrading
 

I might be a dummy but wouldn't over-riding the files by upgrading delete all my users and their data and their posts and pics, etc.?

I'm confused about the process. It makes sense, replace all the files and run the Upgrade System but wouldn't over-riding like I said, delete all the data?
