Stuck with installion problem ~
 

Hi guys, i just purchased vbulletin 3.8 and i've followed every step in the installation guide, searched for this question and i still cannot crack it.

After the installation has verified that my config.php exists, the next step i get an error of:

Error description: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) /homepages/39/d213651276/htdocs/zdxzine/upload/includes/class_core.php on line 311

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.


I've even made a new SQL Database to see if that's the problem but to no luck.
What am i doing wrong? thanks in advance!
