I've had vBulletin for a little over a year now and I'm just now starting to run into some problems.

When you click links, like the lost password link, it doubles the url. How do I fix this?
Ex:
forum.site/lostpw//forum.site/lostpw

When someone uses the skin selector to change their skin, they get an error saying that the file has been moved and even if they click the link to where it's supposed to be it is not there. In order for them to be able to view the forum again, they have to reenter the url to my forum. What causes this, how can I fix and avoid this in the future.

When someone makes a post, none of their images load until the page has been refreshed, is this the forum or my host?

When I upgraded to 3.8.3, I inserted all the correct information, by going off what was in the config file for my previous installation two versions ago 3.8.1(?) but I get a database error. If I reload the config file from 3.8.1, all is well. Is this something I should contact my host about?

Lastly, this is just a question regarding reseting the post counters. What my users post count displays is different from what it says when you search for all posts by that user. If I reset the post count to go off the number of posts in the database, will they have the number that is shown when you search for their posts? Are those posts in the database? How would I check?
