Just wondering if anyone knew of a way to change one word into another word?

We have a problem on our forum with some people using the word "Paki" which causes offense to people of a Pakistan background, and are wanting to change that automatically to Pakistan if submitted so it doesn't cause a problem.

Is that possible at all?
