Is there an easy way to redirect my old forum posts?
 

I'm currently using SMF and want to upgrade to Vbulletin but I don't want to loose all the benefits of my current links in google.

Is there a way to 301 redirect all my current smf post urls to the new vbulletin ones? I have too many to do this manually.
