Microsoft Windows Server 03
 

I have a fresh install of O3 WIN SERVER on my desktop computer, i was worndering what files/tools i i will need in order to get vbulletin running successfully so that people can access my server from the internet ?

also a tutorial would be nice thank you, can someone also tell me what i wil need to get vbulletin running such as php/mysql and so on?

dell dimension 2400 desktop (previous os was xp) now win server 03
broadband

requirement:
i need people to access my forum from my desktop (serrver) via internet
