I setup a moderator in my forum but instead of giving him modrator access to just one forum lets say in the public category. I gave him moderator status in the public category so he had moderator status in all forums in that category.

Example...

Public Forums --- Moderator status
-- General
-- Games
-- Website
and so on...

In one of those forums i changed his permission so that he does not have edit/open/close permissions.

Public Forums
-- General
-- Games --
