Reputation system
 

I'm new to vbulletin so I'm quickly trying to get acquainted with the software. I have two questions relating to the reputation system :

1. Can I protect a usergroup (in this case, my admin group) from receiving reputation ?
2. Can I set moderators to give a higher amount of rep (say 2 points) while regular members just give 1 ?
