vB4: improve password security
 

Current password hashing type: md5(md5($pass).$salt)

InsidePro Extreme GPU Bruteforcer reports:

100 million passwords/second Average Speed with NVIDIA GeForce 8800GS

This program use technology CUDA (GPU assisted computation), so newer cards will be faster, and also it is possible to use miltiple cards (with total speed xxx million p/s).

"Fieldreports" from users are also doesn't look good, check this pages:

May be developers can look over this project, and try to find better password algorythm, with possibility to import old passwords.
