Problems viewing users profiles
 

HI, We have just upgraded to version 3.8.3 and all seemed well for a couple of days, but we are now having problems viewing user profiles.

This feature doesn't work for anyone, not even via the admin panel.

All we get is the following message

I am very new to the world of vBulletin so don't really know where to start looking although I am guessing this could be a database error?

Any help would be greatfuly received
