KUWAIT CITY, Jan 9, (KUNA): Air navigation is back to normal following the low visibility that obstructed some flights at Kuwait International Airport today, said Director of Operations at Kuwait Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGCA) Essam Al-Zamel.
