Avatars not working
 

I am a new user of vBulleting 3.8. I am having trouble allowing users to display Avatars. On the User CP, under Settings and Options, Edit Avatar it has a radio button checked saying 'Do not use an Avatar' and I cannot find a way of getting it unchecked.
I am able to add Avatars as an administrator to a user account OK and they display, but I want users to be able to select or upload their own Avatars.

Would appreciate any advice given to help me sort it out.
