Upgraded to 1.6.x | FCKTools is FCKED.
 

After upgrade, when I try to edit any content, I get these javascript errors:

I'm also having multiple problems loading javascripts.

One example is that I tried to load crossfade.css, and it would NOT load. I renamed it to test.js and it will load. I changed the name back to crossfade.js and again, the file is not found.
