Arranging ToC in a post
 

Hey folks. What's the quickest way to add Table of Contents into a thread which refers to a certain part of subsequent text in the same post after the visitor clicks a certainly-numbered hyperlink? Like:

1. Cats
2. Dogs
3. Pink Cows

You click Cats, and go to:

1. Cats are cool because ..., etc.
