Help! Database problem... when I import backup, VB wants to go through upgrade again
 

I don't know wtf happened, but my forums are down and the database is at fault.

This is the error I get...

I ran the tools thing like the instructions said, but this did not help. FWIW, there is no "Rebuild Bitfields" category in the tools. Only "Bitfield Cache".

Anyways, how do I fix the issue?!? I run 3.8.2. Why does it mention 3.6?

I tried to run the upgrade but it takes me from 3.0.2 and since my database is already running 3.8.2, the upgrade errors out. Since then, I've restored the database so I'm back where I was at the beginning and am stuck not knowing what to do.

Help!

I imported my backup (unfortunately, I don't take enough backups since I can't figure out how to do it automatically). Anyways.
