It is being co-hosted by Iraqi President Fouad Massoum. Representatives from the 10 Arab states who are part of the coalition - Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates - are expected to attend.
