Where do I put Javascript files?
 

I've got some scripts that I like to invoke in order to enable an array of dynamic functions in my sites. Typically the prototype and scriptaculous libraries are good to have...

Typically, I just put them into a "scripts" folder and invoke them thus:



How do I do this with php web site? I can't figure out where to put the javascript files...in the theme folder?

Then how do I link to them? /themes/themename/scripts/whatever.js ?
