viewable memberlist for usergroups?
 

I have established state chapters setup on my site and I tried linking the user rank to the usergroup i.d. setup for that rank.

example: for the Arizona Chapter, this is how its linked

The problem is nobody can view the usergroup's memberlist when they click on the link that shows up under their name, this here is the actual link that should work Arizona Chapter

Anyone have any idea why I and my members get a permissions error when clicking the link?
