Image Verification not showing up on reg
 

I'm having an issue after my upgrade.... I enable "Image Verification" but it doesnt show up on the page. When I try to finish registration it says incorrect string entered as if there was a place to type it in.

Any ideas... Or is Image Verification a thing of the past and I should be using something else? Oh and none of the other options show up when I select them either...
