problem in vbulletin 3.8.3
 

hi ,
i'm upgrade vbulletin in 3.8.3 from 3.8.2 but viewing problem :

1- i could not Quick Edit , i had double click in Edit button and viewing Advance Edit panel.

2- i could not open the suggest TAG when add new thread
