Username characters - strange behavior
 

Some of our forum users have registered with boolean operators as part of their name such as:

=sven=
etc.
This is causing some strange things to happen. For example, when I try to view their profile, I'm taken to someone else's profile:

Other things happen to such as the users avatar doesn't show up. All these issues go away when I take the operator characters out of the username. I can change the usernames, but I'm wondering if anyone knows why this is happening so I can explain it to the users.
