Stopping Spammers
 

Is there a thread that will help me optimize my forum against spammers? The default settings seem to be configured by spammers for spammers. Searching turns up way too many threads to go through :P

Being new to this software and forums in general Im having a problem. Ive been closing off things as they come up but my members should not have to suffer while I sleep!

The latest spammer signed up and posted an event on the calendar that I may have never caught If I had not been viewing the who's online list and seen the obvious porn details.
