the forum charset is UTF-8 is that required also to convert all version files?

I do a forum 3.8.3 as a default charset ( UTF-8 WithOut BOM ) database and language file also config

My Question now do i need to convert all the source package files to that new charset ?

and i notice the forum is running without any problems at all

but i see thats a needed action to do this convert for all files

what do you think about for ?
