Of all the things Vbulletin does what are some of the very best add ons? Things that can make money, Apps that perform some really cool function or make the forums look better etc...

What would you suggest implementing to take your forum to the next level.

Thanks for your insights and suggestions in advance, I think my forum is rather average but am open to turbo charging it if there is something worth adding.
