I'm looking for help with getting vbulletin optimized. Here is the following information about the server.

This is a dedicated server I'm hosting and vbulletin is the only thing running on this server, other than phpmyadmin, roundcube, webmin..etc. Since this site has been on this server, it's only had a max/average of 51/30 users. It has peaked to 500+ users on the previous server. None of the information you're looking for step 12 exists in httpd.conf.
