[ مشكله ] : مشكل عند محاولة دخول لوحة التحكم السلام عليكم لدي مشكل في منتدى خاصتي و هو عند محاولة دخول لوحة التحكم تظهر لي الرسالة التالية رمز PHP: Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect.
