My Moderators say they cannot moderate Vbulletin Blogs
 

How can I let my moderators edit Vbulletin blogs?

Sorry, but I have been a webmaster and user of Vbulletin for 11 days, so despite intensive study I cannot seem to get this to work.

The manual is old from like 3.5 and the method given there to add a blog moderator does not seem to even exist anymore.

Do I have to make everyone a super-moderator?
