new 1.6.1 install cant create, not view webpages
 

I'm running a fresh install of 1.6.1 on a WAMP virtual machine. Everything seems to be working perfectly except when i go to view a webapage created in the webpages module, webpage/id/1 or whatever i get an "object not found" error in IE, and on the wamp box i get a "fatal error: canot unset string offsets in /var/www/core/class/cookie.php on line 40"
