Notices "Is Creating Thread"
 

I'd like to be able to display a notice to users when they are creating a thread in a specific forum.

I guess the solution would be to tick the "Is browsing ____ forum" box, and have a new option that is simply, "Show only on New Thread".

This could be very useful for giving templates that users need to follow in specific sections of the forum and such.
