Bots even invade VB - how to dispose of them?

I am beginning to see wierd topics from bots. This is the latest one:

I have had my VB forum for only few weeks and already have deleted few bot users.

What is the solution against this problem? Do I really have to delete every single user posting that, and their posts as well? Please guide me on this.
