How to edit privileges
 

I have had problems on editing the config.php which has led me to an error. I am capable of that error and now realize that I need to create a MySQL database. The thing I'm not definite about is editing the privileges. Can anyone instruct me how to do that? I am currently using **********.com as my host. If you have any recommendations for another host, please feel free to post some.
