friendship request and banned message question(s)
 

Hi,

I got an e-mail from a member that reads:
vBulletin Message You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

This message was received when an requested was sent out from a member (admin) to a member (reg) in where she clicked the attached link for a friendship request.

I am unable to find settings in the CP.

Also, are there any ways I could alter/change message like the one above? (I believe it confuses the members when "no reason was specified...ban will be lifted: never.") to "you do not have access to this page..." "only Admins are allowed" etc. Or something of that sort.

Please let me know.
