Approval (Moderation) Keyphrase based filter to automatically add posts to mod queue

There are certain words that appear in 90% of spam.

What I would like is filter wordlist that instead of removing the word, like can be done with vb's censorship options, marks the post as requiring moderation. So if someone posts something like "new unlocked iphone" on my gardening forum the message doesn't get displayed, it goes into the mod queue.

You could set it on title only, or whole post, matching.

An additional feature would be to mark it based on usergroup. To both save resources and make sure you get less false positives. Allow us to apply this filter to only a certain usergroup (such as a probationarily registered usergroup many have for new users).
