What's the basic procedure to install?
 

Here's what I've done so far:

1. Download the latest source.

2. Unzip the files to an appropriate folder to be run by the web server.

3. Access the site -

And this is where I break. I've looked through the text files and forums but don't see any common installation procedure laid out for me to follow...

Do I need to configure some files first? Which ones?
