The president abruptly changed course Thursday on Iraq, saying that 'I don't rule out anything' in response to an Islamist militant group's wholesale capture of Iraqi cities. His remarks came a few hours after House Speaker John Boehner slammed him for taking a wait-and-see approach. 'They're 100 miles from Baghdad,' Boehner said. 'And what’s the president doing? Taking a nap!'
