Need some help with curved background
 

<div>Well I finally figured out how to make my background curved,

By using this code for my header:

The problem is that this only works when I have the Main Table Width percentage set to 100%, which I'd like to have set lower to like 90% or even 95%

This is what it looks like at 90%

Notice the top part is all messed up? How do I change the coding to fix it?
