After upgrade to 3.8.3 when a couple members will attempt to post they get the error
 

that their message is too short. They do have enough character in the message body. Anyone else having this?

Also when submitting a new thread the "Preview Post" doesn't show. Only the "Submit New Thread" does. I think that problem started with 3.8.2. TIA.
