Still getting emails for new threads/posts
 

I have several forums where "experts" answer questions. Because these people are professionals, I set it up so that I got an email everytime a new thread was started, or a post was posted in one of these forums. Since everyone has always been respectful, I decided that I no longer needed to get an email notification every time something was posted in one of those forums. I removed my email address from the "Email Addresses to Notify When there is a New Post ", and "Email Addresses to Notify When there is a New Thread " sections, but STILL get an email for every one of those forums when something is posted. How can I fix this? These are really busy forums, and my mailbox is constantly filled with these notifications. I just don't want or need to receive them anymore, but I can't seem to get rid of them.
