Exporting usernames, ip address and emails
 

Is there a simple way of exporting a list of usernames, IP addresses and email addresses in to something like Excel or even just note pad in a readable order like a list or something?

I wanted to have a list of all those details to check them through this: http://www.stopforumspam.com/ which has just assisted me in identifying 2 suspect accounts that are on my forum but have yet to make any posts.
