Making news articles in VB, like a frontpage
 

Hi

I am looking at this forum right now http://www.eurobattle.net/ which seems to have made a sort of a frontpage with news, which people can reply to. Like a regular frontpage on any other side.

Are those articles/news made directly in VB?
If yes - How can I achieve this on my own forum? ...which is: http://www.toonhaze.com/forums/
