Question on Purchase
 

Hey, I use to have vbulletin back in the version 2.0 era but i sold my website along with the license.. I am interested in starting another site and i want to purchase another license with you guys to start it up, but i have recently seen some posts talking about vbulletin 4.0 coming out.. my questions is if i was to buy a license right now with you guys and install the version 3.82 and start up my site.. let's say a few months later vbulletin 4.0 comes out, there is no extra fee or anything i could just download vbulletin 4.0 ?? I think this is how it was when it went from 2.0 to 3.0 but really i forget just want to check
