DineEquity, Inc. , parent company of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar® and IHOP® Restaurants, today announced that International House of Pancakes LLC has signed an agreement with Pacific Pancakes, LLC, to open three IHOP restaurants on the Island by 2018.
