What if AV's were webcams of users
 

What if you could change your avatar to a webcam picture of you while you were posting. Obviously the poster would have to have an on/off option.

A member of my forum (www.subzerosiam.com) suggested it. I thought it was a cool idea and thought I'd pass it along to you.
