Language / Charset Problems
 

Hi. I have recently installed vbulletin 3.8.2. My board is multilingual, especially Russian is used. I have installed Russian language pack UTF-8 from vbulletin support forum . Now i have huge problems. I have followed all instruction about Language / Charset Problems in one of threads but still have problems. When users subscribe for forums they get emails in Russian but all characters are like dufferent marks and symbols. also i get my forum titles in Russian appear partly. Recently i have backed up my database but couldn't use it in my localhost it gave me lot's of errors with some unknown characters, Please help me
