Users banned from forums after Impex import completed
 

Hi,

We are using the Impex Import Script to migrate our database from 3.0.6 to 3.8.1.

When the users are imported, we tried to log in with a valid user/password.
This user is an Admin account. Logging in works. When being redirect to whatever page on the forum, we get a 'banned' message.

Only places we seem to be allowed to go is usercp and search.

Moving the account from an impex import group to a 'standard' usergroup (administrator) allows us to use the site again. Moving the user back to his original group returns the banned message again.
(We DID set the value for 'Not a banned group' to YES. Didn't affect the banned message)

I have been searching on google, but didn't quite find something like our issue.

Does somebody know what is going on here?
Is this basic Impex behavior?
